Business Consultant (Operations / Franchise Support)
This role supports our Certified Business Owners in the field by assisting with
new account starts, walkthroughs, service issues, and account transitions . Ideally, candidates should have
prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience , as well as strong customer service skills, since they will be working directly with both franchise owners and client facilities. Schedule:
9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Weekend work is occasional when needed. Pay Scale: $50 - $60k base salary, plus commissions (10% commission on all specialty work) Ideal Candidate: Someone who is a people person and entrepreneurial. Experience running their own business or in the janitorial industry is preferred. This position is responsible for supporting their franchise locations. A typical day is working with other franchise owners, investigating complaints from customers, conducting quarterly reviews with franchise owners, and supporting them in general. They support about 150 franchise owners throughout the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo area (70% are in Cleveland).
