Sales Associate Business Development

Sales Associate (Business Development) This role is responsible for recruiting new janitorial customers for our franchise owners. The right candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable generating and managing opportunities, attending sales appointments, and closing recurring service contracts. Schedule 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri Pay Scale $40-$50k / year, based on XP, plus commissions. Sales Reps usually make a total of $70 - $80k with their commission structure at their current closing rate of 30%. Ideal Candidate Open to hiring outside of the janitorial industry. Candidates must be strong at outside sales, cold calling, and generating their own leads. Sales Associates are also given leads (about 30-40 leads per month) and expected to convert to 80 appointments per month. Experience with cold calling, proposal follow-up, and closing deals is important. Candidates with facilities, building services, or B2B service sales experience would be especially strong fits.
