About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing current marketing strategies, leading the evolution of channel marketing strategy, and driving demand through a global partner network. This role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are in line with the company's strategic priorities. The CMO will also be tasked with developing and implementing demand generation, content marketing, and digital campaigns to engage at the enterprise level, as well as owning and refining the brand strategy to maintain market leadership and differentiation.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record in leading channel marketing and partner-driven go-to-market strategies. Experience in scaling marketing within a growth-stage or scale-up environment, and proficiency in marketing analytics, MarTech platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, who can also demonstrate strong business and data acumen. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and experience in industries such as contact center, telecom, payments, or cybersecurity.
