About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP/Head of Digital to spearhead its digital fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the digital fundraising vision, integrating various online channels, and partnering with nonprofit clients to develop multi-channel digital strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to ensure that campaigns are data-driven, donor-centric, and aligned with the clients' missions and goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of digital campaigns, establishing measurement frameworks, and leading a team to continuously improve campaign performance and donor journeys.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on nonprofit fundraising or mission-driven organizations. The role demands a proven track record in driving measurable revenue growth through digital channels, deep expertise in email marketing, paid media, CRM systems, and online donation optimization. Strong analytical skills, experience in leading and developing teams, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A passion for nonprofit missions and an understanding of donor psychology are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in an agency environment, familiarity with nonprofit CRMs, and knowledge of compliance and best practices in charitable fundraising and data privacy.
