
Product Specialist Consultant

Join Camping World as a Product Specialist Consultant and be a vital part of our expanding team!
In this role, you will directly engage with customers to identify their specific product needs and provide accurate price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. As part of the sales team, you will work closely with the service team to ensure an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
Interact daily with customers to highlight specialized product needs and installation services.
Conduct thorough reviews of each job for sizing, colors, and placement prior to scheduling installation.
Maintain prepayment logs and keep customers informed about the progress of their projects.
Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff to ensure efficiency.
Monitor parts traffic daily and receive necessary parts for installations.
Inspect vehicles to confirm correct parts are ordered for the job.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.
Keep a clean and safe work environment for both customers and coworkers.
Be open to cross-training and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications: Preferred High School diploma or equivalent GED.
At least one year of preferred sales experience.
One year of experience with RV or camping products is a bonus but not required.
Proficient computer skills and ability to conduct internet research.
Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
Knowledge of service department procedures and policies is preferred.
A valid driver’s license may be necessary.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending for extended periods.
Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $14.00-$16.82.
