Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Documentation & Analysis :
Investigate existing Salesforce configurations and processes. Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and visualizations (e.g., Lucidchart), to map how the environment works. Interpret undocumented systems and processes.
System Understanding & Optimization :
Analyze flows, process builders, and email alerts to understand and refine system operations. Assist with testing and validation, including writing and running test cases (UAT).
Data Querying & Scripting :
Use
SOQL
to query Salesforce data for analysis and insights. Understand scripting concepts (Python/JavaScript) to interpret workflows but not required to develop.
Collaboration & Presentation :
Work closely with the team to gather and document requirements. Present findings, charts, and high-level system overviews to stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint.
