Zurich North America is currently hiring a Digital Product Owner, and this person will work in a hybrid schedule at our North America HQ in Schaumburg, IL.
Responsibilities:
Leading technology projects in Premium Audit in an agile development environment.
Working with premium audit on applications development, maintenance, and enhancements
Support of changes to technology in an agile environment
Front-end product management lifecycle including business system analysis & systems data flow
Liaison between the business and technology - business partner consulting on technology, requirements gathering and validation, and working with various technology teams.
Work directly with any technology team, solve issues and problems, and provide business knowledge and expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area AND
Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration
Scrum Master experience in Agile setting
Knowledge of Agile development frameworks in large-scale Scrum
Experience working with project management tools; such as Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of commercial insurance, particularly workers compensation, commercial auto, and general liability
Strong background in an agile environment and leading an agile development team
Previous experience with business analysis and being a liaison between the business and technology teams
Experience with high level data management (mapping, querying, reporting)
Project Management Professional Certification
In-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The pay range shown is a national average and may vary by location. The proposed salary range for this position is $110,220.00 - $180,510.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
