Role Description

We are seeking an

Enterprise Portfolio Senior Business Analyst

with strong

Enterprise Architecture Portfolio Management (APM)

experience. This role supports the

implementation, operationalization, and ongoing optimization

of Application, Technology, Services portfolio with a focus on

CSDM-aligned architecture

, accurate application and service modeling, using

Service Mapping

.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

ServiceNow data models

, can translate

business and architectural requirements into platform-ready specifications

, and partners closely with

enterprise architecture, platform, operations, & business teams

to drive portfolio-level outcomes.

Role Objectives

Act as a

technical liaison

between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and ServiceNow platform teams for Enterprise Architecture initiatives

Gather, analyze, and document

business, architectural, and data requirements

related to application, technology & services lifecycle management, rationalization, and service visibilitySupport the configuration and use of

ServiceNow APM

, including application records, lifecycle states, and rationalization frameworks, by providing clear requirements and validation criteria

Maintain & support

CSDM-aligned data models

, ensuring models are understood, documented, and adopted

Partner with platform and operations teams, ensuring application and service data supports APM reporting and decision-makingFacilitate the modeling and maintenance of

Business Services and Service Offerings

, aligning applications and infrastructure to business-facing services

Develop and maintain

process documentation, data definitions, and reporting requirements

to support EA governance.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience working in a

ServiceNow APM- or CMDB-focused role

, such as Enterprise Portfolio Analyst, Platform Analyst, Architecture Analyst, or Solution Analyst

Strong experience with

CSDM concepts and implementation

, including application, technical service, and business service modelingExperience working with

ServiceNow Discovery and/or Service Mapping

from a requirements, data, or governance perspective

Experience with Technology product model management (or Software/Hardware product model concepts)

Experience defining or supporting

Business Services and Service Offerings

Strong understanding of CSDM/

CMDB architecture, data quality principles, and governance practices

Ability to translate

technical and architectural concepts into business-relevant language

, and vice versa

Working knowledge of general

ServiceNow platform capabilities

, sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers and administrators

Experience with aligning tools based on industry standards & frameworks such as TOGAF, TBM, ITIL etc.

Experience with supporting functional and user acceptance testing

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CIS - Data Foundations CMDB and CSDM, Service Mapping)

ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Micro-CertificationExperience supporting

enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

Experience partnering with

enterprise architecture and cross functional teams
