Role Objective
The Client Partner for Real-World Evidence (RWE) Solutions and Analytics is essential in energizing business growth among biopharma clients through the strategic deployment of Datavant's cutting-edge RWE solutions. This role involves close teamwork with fellow Client Partners to ensure aligned evidence strategies and effective co-selling initiatives.
As a trusted advisor, you will assist clients in leveraging real-world data (RWD) and RWE methods to meet their regulatory, market access, and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales processes and possess in-depth expertise in RWE, data analytics, and outcomes research.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & Engage:
Develop strategic outreach plans to discover and target prospective business in biopharma and healthcare, focusing on organizations eager to implement RWE strategies for regulatory submissions, market access, and clinical development.
Build Opportunities:
Proactively connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and industry networking to cultivate a substantial pipeline for Datavant's RWE solutions.
Lead Sales Process:
Manage the entire sales journey from initial outreach to contract finalization, ensuring client needs align with Datavant's innovative offerings and RWE services.
Client Relationships:
Showcase the value of our RWE solutions through compelling evidence generation and real-world outcomes tailored to meet client specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and scientific teams to craft customized RWE proposals that address client data strategies and regulatory requirements.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on RWE market trends and evolving regulatory guidelines to uphold Datavant’s reputation as a premier partner in evidence generation.
Forecast & Report:
Oversee sales pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools, concentrating on opportunities relating to evidence generation and platform utilization.
Growth Initiatives:
Identify and capitalize on new and upselling opportunities within assigned territories, particularly in areas such as post-approval studies and safety monitoring.
Qualifications Sales Experience:
Over 10 years of documented success in sales, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors, focusing on RWE, HEOR, or data analytics.
RWE Knowledge:
Strong grasp of real-world data sources and evidence generation methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
Proactive Approach:
Skilled in identifying, cultivating, and finalizing new RWE opportunities with leading biopharma clients.
Complex Sales Management:
Experienced in managing lengthy, consultative sales cycles, coordinating with both scientific and commercial stakeholders.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to convey scientific and technical value to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
CRM Expertise:
Proficient in utilizing CRM systems for tracking sales pipelines and effectively forecasting growth.
Industry Insight:
Deep understanding of RWE market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and payer requirements.
Team Collaboration:
A collaborative spirit, prepared to work within various teams in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
Effective Communicator:

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 - $170,000 USD, along with additional variable compensation.
