Overview
The Leasing Consultant is a key team member in a high energy community with 228 apartment homes in North Conway, NH. We expect the Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while aligning with the goals and objectives of the company. This individual works with the office by responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork, and data entry. Responsibilities
Take a prospect from traffic to resident. Process all rental paperwork. Be aware of the surrounding area to keep the property in excellent condition. Help manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events. Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive. What You Bring to Us
A college degree (preferred but not required). 1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred). Sharp and professional appearance. Must be able to work weekends. What We Bring to You
