As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database and maintaining accurate records of all information. Responsibilities

Enter and update data into our database system with speed and accuracy

Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

Maintain and update records of all information entered

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry and record keeping

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software

Excellent typing and 10-key skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
