Overview:

Client is migrating its Oracle ERP Fusion environment from Cloud at Customer to

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , with a targeted go-live in January. We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Financials Functional Lead

to provide hands-on functional expertise and support this migration within a small, agile team. The role focuses primarily on Financials (AP experience is a plus) and requires strong understanding of OCI and integration workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the

Functional SME

for Oracle ERP Financial modules. Lead day-to-day functional activities and partner closely with the Product Owner. Support and guide the migration from Cloud at Customer to

OCI , ensuring smooth processes and continuity. Work with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

and manage

SFTP integrations

to streamline file processing and reduce bottlenecks. Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze report discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations. Own functional processes end-to-end and ensure alignment with business requirements. Must-Have Skills:

Strong functional expertise in

Oracle ERP Financials . Solid experience working with

OCI . Familiarity with

OIC

and integration workflows. Ability to understand, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate business impacts. Nice-to-Have Skills:

Technical skills for report development or troubleshooting. Experience with

Accounts Payable (AP) . Ability to analyze and optimize processes to reduce cycle times.
