Mid - Level IT Director Security Compliance/MSP

This is a unique opportunity for a Security Training Director to join a smaller non profit based in Wilmington, Delaware. This hybrid role blends hands-on cybersecurity leadership with training and compliance oversight, supporting both internal teams and external clients. The environment is heavily focused on security best practices, regulatory compliance, and real-world application, with additional exposure to MSP infrastructure and support operations. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk/compliance • Strong knowledge of security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar) • Experience designing and delivering security training programs • Ability to translate technical security concepts into business-friendly language • Experience working in MSP or multi-client environments Desired Skills & Experience • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar) • Experience conducting risk assessments and audits • Background in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration • Experience working directly with executive leadership or clients What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown • 75% Security, Compliance, and Training • 25% MSP Infrastructure & Technical Support
