This candidate will be the Digital Architect for the group for EPD working under Remote Asset Monitoring (RAM) application.
Typical Day:
Leading design meetings, code reviews, proof of concepts, and coaching more junior engineers. Architecture/LTA design & reviews. Technical Skills Required:

(Strong demonstratable experience delivering component, product, and/or enterprise architecture in multi cloud and/or hybrid eco-systems. Knowledge of PaaS and SaaS technologies for Azure and/or AWS. Must have demonstratable experience in one or more of the following: massive real-time event and message processing, data lakes, Big Data transformations and analytics, complex telematics applications, IoT edge and cloud data processing, SQL and NoSQL data modeling Strong hands-on coding experience with any of Node JS, Express.JS, Next.JS, Angular, React, Java, Python, .NET, ANSI C etc. Core networking and application concepts/protocols Expertise in integration with other applications using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.), Message-based Queues, etc. Strong hands-on development experience in public cloud environment Expert in CI/CD pipeline, DevOps for applications and infrastructure, GitHub repository Familiarity with core telematics concepts Industrial protocols - J1939, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP Familiarity with telematics hardware or similar Familiarity with onboard/embedded software design Desired
Understanding of Agile SDLC implementation in public cloud eco-system including environments management, test automation, peer/code review, CI/CD, resource optimization, etc. Experience with PTC ThingWorx, AVEVA OSI PI, Atlassian Confluence tool. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience. Soft Skills Required:
Must have excellent communication and influential skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience. Experience with leading technical program. Ability to train and mentor other engineers. Ability to be a thought leader in the industry Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of IT architect experience.
