Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications • Experience in programming languages like C#/.Net • Create workflows/plugins and integrate with other CRM applications • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities • Develop: Build integrations with other CRM on their own. • GenAI Integration: Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector/hybrid search and tool orchestration. • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with product and other teams and attend daily scrums • Optimization: Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services.
