Our Guest Relations Ambassadors create the first welcoming experience and the memorable farewell that encourages guests to return. This role is an ideal fit for you if you can: Offer a friendly greeting to every guest who arrives or calls our restaurants Efficiently manage guest flow at the entrance by warmly welcoming arrivals, seating them, and bidding farewell to departing guests Exhibit hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging with them throughout the process Answer incoming restaurant calls with friendliness and professionalism Communicate effectively with both guests and team members Collaborate well with others as a supportive team player
