Position:
First (1st) Shift Order Fulfillment Specialist Shift:
7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday Pay:
$23.37 per hour As an ideal candidate, you will bring experience in areas such as Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, General Labor, Order Picking, Quality Control, Material Handling, and Shipping/Receiving. We are looking for someone with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer. Cross-training in multiple departments, including inbound and outbound shipping and preparation for shipment, is a plus. You will need to: Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scan Gun or be willing to train on these tools. Have familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or SAP—this is highly desirable. Be able to stand for extended periods, approximately 90% of the shift, and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary. Join the World’s Leading Logistics Company!

Role Purpose: As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate filling of customer orders, utilizing pick sheets or handheld computers to obtain merchandise from bins or shelves. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped. Accurately count product inventory by location. Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Assist in conducting physical inventory counts. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. 0 to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
