SENIOR ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Account Services Specialist. In this position, you'll collaborate with various departments to expertly manage new account requests for our esteemed clients. You will uphold the highest standards of confidentiality concerning sensitive bank information while ensuring compliance with all bank policies, as well as legal and regulatory standards, to maintain the integrity of operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Efficiently open and oversee new deposit accounts for assigned groups, guaranteeing that all required documentation and data entry are completed promptly and accurately.
Engage with clients to provide clear information, explain account documentation, and ensure proper execution of their documents.
Distribute necessary disclosure brochures and provide relevant insights about banking regulations and federal guidelines to clients.
Set up new account data accurately in the computer system, making sure all documentation is collected and meets the highest standards of quality and completeness.
Ensure that all accounts comply with the bank's established policies and relevant regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the bank to enhance client service and identify new business opportunities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in new account management.
A minimum of 4 years in a customer service role.
Additional Qualifications A proactive individual who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Possess specialized knowledge in relevant areas and demonstrate expertise in your duties.
Ability to effectively communicate complex and sensitive information.
Strong analytical skills with the capacity for sound decision-making.

Support and mentor junior colleagues as needed.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation
Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour, with variations based on experience and skills. Eligible for bonus and commissions.
