Senior Digital Marketing Strategist About the Role: Join our dynamic Paid Media team as a

Senior Digital Marketing Strategist . This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing and executing innovative digital advertising campaigns specifically tailored to the EMEA region. We are seeking a candidate with extensive expertise in paid media, data analysis, and developing strategic digital marketing initiatives. EMEA Market Specialist:

Develop and implement 'local-first' campaigns emphasizing localized content. Stay updated on EMEA and MENA market trends while ensuring compliance with GDPR and local regulations. Act as the primary liaison with EMEA Marketing stakeholders.

Campaign Management:

Manage relationships with external agencies and directly execute paid media campaigns across diverse platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta.

Performance Monitoring:

Assess campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and make informed, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ad Operations Assistance:

Aid in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bid management to enhance efficiency and maximize return on investment.

A/B Testing & Enhancement:

Undertake A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting methodologies, and messaging to achieve optimal results.

Budget Management:

Effectively oversee budgets and deploy bidding strategies to ensure the best possible ROI.

Marketing Operations:

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations team to streamline lead routing processes and resolve any operational challenges.

Project Coordination:

Ensure timely collection of essential assets such as ad creatives and copy for campaign rollouts. Coordinate with various teams to uphold campaign schedules and deadlines.

Process Automation & Improvement:

Identify areas where manual processes can be streamlined to boost efficiency and productivity.

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborate with fellow paid media team members to align on goals, share insights, and drive strategic initiatives. Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to the broader marketing organization, offering guidance on campaign strategy and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in paid media and digital advertising.

Proficient in Google SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and interpret data effectively.

Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo.

Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

Experience with A/B testing techniques and optimization strategies.

Proficient in project management tools, particularly Asana.

A proactive team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of making data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
