Job Summary
We are looking for a
Salesforce Business Analyst (BA)
with experience in
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
implementations. The role requires extensive
business interaction, testing involvement, and coordination across multiple departments, users, and vendors .
Key Responsibilities Work closely with
business stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams
to gather and document requirements. Act as a
bridge between business users, vendors, and technical teams . Analyze business processes and translate them into
Salesforce functional requirements . Support
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements . Coordinate with
multiple departments and external vendors
for project execution. Participate heavily in
System Testing, UAT coordination, and end-to-end validation . Assist users during
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and ensure successful sign-off. Provide
functional documentation, user stories, and process flows . Ensure solutions align with
business objectives and Salesforce best practices . Required Skills
Strong experience as a
Salesforce Business Analyst . Hands-on experience with
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Mandatory) . Strong
testing and UAT coordination experience . Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills . Experience working with
multiple teams, vendors, and departments . Strong understanding of
business processes and system analysis . Ability to work independently in a
remote environment . Good to Have
MDF experience (plus, not mandatory) . Salesforce certifications are a plus.
