About the Role Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a highly detail oriented
Data Entry / Order Entry Associate
to support a fast paced customer service and operations environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate entry of customer orders into our client's ERP system. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment as the company transitions following a recent acquisition. Enter all customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system (NetSuite). Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability. Maintain digital records and documentation related to orders. Support Customer Service Representatives by ensuring all orders are entered correctly the first time. Communicate with CSR team when order clarification or corrections are needed. Ensure compliance with company procedures and order processing guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order entry, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment. Familiarity with ERP systems. #SSEIND #LI-JS1
