The Under Armour Enterprise Architecture team seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in HR, Legal, and Product domains. This role is integral in aligning architectural strategies with business objectives and operational transformations. The right candidate will ensure our application portfolio meets business needs, adheres to legal requirements, and follows industry standards. You will produce comprehensive documentation related to applications, projects, processes, governance, and integrations. Your Impact Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.

Develop technical architecture, data flows, and diagrams for new initiatives as well as current and target system architectures.

Create and advocate multi-horizon roadmaps and capability maps that align with the business strategy and funding cycles.

Guide stakeholders on architecture strategy and integration standards across a diverse composable commerce ecosystem.

Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Mentor lead engineers and solution architects in modern architecture practices.

Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Build prototypes to meet evolving business needs.

Assist in discovery and RFx processes, and support audit and compliance activities.

Produce clear, auditable artifacts and lead architecture reviews.

Contribute to cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance initiatives.

Remain current with industry trends and engage in hands-on development.

Qualifications 14 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.

Proven success in designing solutions in Product, Legal, and HR domains, including PLM, Merchandising, and HCM systems.

Skilled in performance engineering, secure system design, database management, and modeling tools.

Effective at aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving consensus in a matrixed environment.

Experience launching and supporting mission-critical systems globally.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Workplace Location Location:

Candidates must reside within commuting distance to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as periodic on-site attendance may be required.

Travel:

Possible travel to regional offices, conferences, and training.

Compensation $161,629.60 - $222,240.70 USD. Placement within this salary range is based on your individual knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits & Perks Paid
