Job Description: This requirement is for a Scrum-based DevOps project to deliver new application and service onboarding, and operational support to the Client's Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenants.
In Scope: - 1.Sprint/ Kanban based project delivery & continuous integration to Client's Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD B2E, B2C tenants) 2.Design, develop & promote new application onboarding in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD B2E, B2C tenants) 3.Providing 16x5 support for Microsoft Entra ID - integrated applications & users 4.Triaging Microsoft Entra ID platform-related issues and coordinating with product vendors by providing stand-by/ on-call support. 5.Supporting new enhancement requests for App role creation and access provisioning 6.Providing support for user and group management activities 7.Updating configurations of an existing application, based on the Applications team's requirement in Azure IAM platforms. 8.Support for outdated application cleanup from Microsoft Entra ID tenants. 9.Effort, task prioritization & precedence to the activities will be defined by Product Owner 10.Source of day-on-day tasks/ activities will be 1TS ServiceNow & JIRA 11.1TS ServiceNow Incident, Service Request assignment & resolution will be based on Ticket Priorities 12.Priority 1 Incidents will have utmost importance followed by Priority 2, Priority 3 & Priority 4 13.Proactively participates in joint troubleshooting sessions. 14.Alleviate DevOps workload by the transition of DevOps tools & relevant automation. 15.Create and maintain the necessary documents, confluence pages, SOPs, KBs & Kaizen to support the delivery of the Services and following Client's standards.
