Role Description
In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring, supporting, and optimizing our core treasury management system,
Wall Street Suite (WSS) . You will ensure the smooth and accurate processing of financial and commercial transactions across our North American affiliates.
Reporting to the
Treasury Systems Manager , you will contribute to improving accuracy, efficiency, and innovation within treasury operations, helping support TFS's mission of delivering exceptional financial services. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support the
Wall Street Suite (WSS)
treasury management system Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and commercial transactions Troubleshoot system issues and support daily treasury operations Analyze financial data using
Excel and SQL Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements Collaborate with treasury, accounting, and IT teams Maintain system documentation and operational procedures Support compliance with financial controls and reporting standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Business, Finance , or a related field 1-3 years
of experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operations Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of
SQL
for data querying and analysis Solid understanding of accounting principles and treasury functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Wall Street Suite (WSS)
and/or
SAP Experience supporting treasury or accounting system projects Knowledge of financial data analytics Proven ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements Fluency in
Spanish (bilingual) Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have) Advanced degree or professional certifications in Finance or Accounting Specialized experience with treasury management systems Track record of optimizing financial processes and systems
