Job Description:
Becoming a Business Sales Representative , you will help contribute to our overall
sales
growth by educating existing and new customers on Verizon's product and service offers. Through professional training, we give you the tools and skills necessary to take ownership of your performance while being a part of the Victra family.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound
sales
calls from business customers regarding multiple products and services. Place
outbound sales calls
to business customers to
generate leads
and sales opportunities. Customize and recommend
offerings
based on individual
business
needs. Create your own
book of business
and follow up on future leads. Leverage
case management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Process
sales
orders
accurately
and
promptly. Keep abreast of new product releases
and service offerings Continuous
skill development
through training and personalized product knowledge. Leverage available tools and resources to
maximize performance
and customer experience. Live by our
core values and ethical standards . Be
present
at work. What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma
(Undergraduate or some college preferred ) 12+ months of retail or customer service experience.
(12+ months outside or inside sales preferred) Proficient with computers Legally authorized to work
in the United States Willingness to work any evenings, weekends, holidays as needed. At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Strong
