About Us
We’re Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.
We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.
About the role
We are seeking a design-driven Art Director to lead the visual evolution of the brand’s US social presence. This role goes beyond campaign adaptation. The AD will co-own the development of brand social imagery, define visual territories for product launches, and build distinctive, scroll-stopping visual realms for social-first environments. The ideal candidate combines strong aesthetic judgment with deep understanding of social media behavior and advanced AI-driven creative creations.
Responsibilities
Visual Territory & Brand Social Imagery
Define and evolve the brand’s social visual language for the US market
Build and maintain distinctive visual realms for launches, seasonal moments, and always-on content
Ensure visual cohesion across campaigns and ongoing content
Social-First Execution
Create premium, eye-catching content tailored for social platforms
Adapt campaign assets into dynamic, platform-native formats
Elevate everyday content into brand-ownable visual systems
Stay deeply aware of emerging social formats across platforms
Track aesthetic shifts within US wellness and lifestyle culture
Monitor platform/niche-driven aesthetic waves, wellness micro-communities, and evolving lifestyle visual codes
Identify new platform-native behaviors (AI-first environments, hybrid real + generated visuals, format mashups, creator remix culture)
Translate emerging aesthetic movements into brand-ownable executions
Proactively introduce new visual territories before they are saturated
Understand how AI-native or 3D content is reshaping expectations of “real,” “aspirational,” and “authentic”
Continuously evolve the brand’s social presence to reflect mixed-media culture without losing brand clarity
AI-Driven Creative Development (Required)
Actively use AI image-generation tools as part of daily creative workflow
Develop AI-assisted visual concepts aligned with brand tone and regulatory context
Open to understand prompting, refinement, and visual control within AI systems
Maintain brand credibility while experimenting with AI-driven aesthetics
Co-develop ideas with Social Creative
Partner with Video Creator to ensure visual cohesion across static and motion
Prepare assets for motion adaptation and platform deployment
Contribute to creative reviews
Own client presentations in collaboration with key team members
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in digital or social art direction
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PPT and Figma
Hands-on AI visual generation experience (required)
Strong understanding of US social media aesthetics
Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or beauty categories preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with 3D imagery, CGI environments, or compositing
Ability to integrate light 3D elements into social content
Familiarity with hybrid AI + 3D workflows
Languages Any other languages are a plus.
What we offer
20 days of paid time-off (PTO) annually, prorated to your start date for the current calendar year. This does not include National Holidays.
3 days of sick leave per year
Individual medical insurance (one month after you start with us)
Short-term disability plan
401(k) retirement savings plan
Global playground, cutting-edge tools and trend-driven culture
Dragons Group is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and strive to create an environment where every individual feels empowered and respected.
