Crew Members are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Responsibilities include: Following brand standards, recipes, and systems Following food safety standards Preparing food and beverages Assembling and packaging orders Understanding the restaurant menu, including limited time offers, promotions, and being able to answer guest questions Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Cleaning equipment, service areas, and guest areas Stocking items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation Taking orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handling payments Meeting speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests Serving and communicating with guests Maintaining a guest-focused culture in the restaurant Communicating effectively with managers and coworkers Organizing and maintaining stock room and refrigerated areas Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Guest focused Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
