Job Details This role is for someone whos excited about working with sophisticated client matters, diving deeper into HNW and estate/trust planning, and continuing to expand technical expertise across multiple tax types. What Youll Do: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships & S-corps Provide advanced tax guidance and planning strategies for high-value clients Conduct research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly Manage multiple engagements, timelines & client priorities Build deep client relationships through proactive, consultative communication Mentor and support junior staff to further their professional development Participate in continuous improvement and workflow optimization initiatives Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred Active CPA (or strong progress toward completion) A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting Previous review experience and comfort managing client engagements Compensation: Competitive base salary ($80k-$115k) & full benefits package If youre looking for a role where you can deepen your expertise in HNW and trust & estate work, enjoy flexibility, and build a meaningful long-term career- lets connect!
