You will provide services to predominantly US-inbound international businesses in the manufacturing and distribution industry. What you will do: Prepare and review Federal and state corporate and partnership tax returns Assist with the preparation and review of income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740 Act as a point of contact for clients, answering ad-hoc tax-related inquiries, handling notices, and addressing client requests Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations; performance in-depth tax search, deliver timely and high-quality services that exceed client expectations Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff associates and interns What you need to bring: Minimum 4 years of experience in federal and state income tax, including experience in public accounting BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry CCH Axcess tax experience Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Demonstrate responsibility, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively as a team player Preferred Qualifications: Strong corporate tax compliance and tax provision experience CPA license or similar certification ProSystem fx Engagement Benefits: 401K plan (with up to 5% salary paid employer contributions) Medical coverage Paid Dental coverage Employee and Dependent life insurance Disability insurance Vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment insurance Flexible spending accounts Paid Day of Service annually Flexible work arrangements Generous paid time off 25 days for all full-time employees!
