The team is collaborative, sharp, and performance-driven and theyre looking to add an Asset Management Analyst to their Dallas office. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to institutional real estate operations, financial modeling, and portfolio strategy not just reporting, but real impact. What Youll Be Doing: Support portfolio strategy and performance initiatives across multifamily assets nationwide Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with property teams on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools Assist with underwriting, capital planning, and transaction-related analysis What Theyre Looking For: Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field 13 years of experience in real estate, asset management, acquisitions, or investment analysis Advanced Excel skills (comfortable building and auditing complex models) Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail Multifamily experience preferred Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage is a plus Depending on skill set and experience, this role pays $100k - $115k + bonus.
