New York City | $28-$35/hr | Full-Time High-End Residential Remodeling Experience Required Dancoby Construction is hiring a skilled Carpenter to support high-end residential remodeling projects across NYC. This role is for experienced residential carpenters who can produce clean, detailed work inside occupied homes. Commercial-only backgrounds are not a fit. If you take pride in craftsmanship and professionalism, we want to meet you. What You'll Do
Perform finish carpentry, trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry installation Support demolition, framing, and rough carpentry when needed Complete punch list and finish corrections with precision Protect finished surfaces and maintain clean jobsites Communicate field needs and material shortages to the team Work within NYC logistics (tight spaces, building rules, delivery coordination) What We\'re Looking For
Proven residential remodeling experience Strong finish awareness and clean detail work Comfortable working in occupied homes Ability to handle either broad scope work or bring strong specialty skills (finish, drywall, paint, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Solid tool competency and safe work habits Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job-site conditions Strongly Preferred
High-end/custom residential experience Multi-trade capability (drywall, tile, cabinet install, paint) NYC building and logistics experience Compensation & Benefits
$28-$35 per hour (DOE) Full-time W-2 employment Clean, professional jobsites Growth opportunity into Lead Carpenter or Field Supervisor Why Dancoby Construction
