We are seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor who is energetic, customer-focused, and eager to learn. No management experience required — we will provide training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals and career growth opportunities.
This is a developmental position with opportunities for advancement within the company.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
Learn how to recommend tires, maintenance, and repair services based on vehicle inspections
Clearly explain service recommendations and pricing to customers
Create repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Follow up with customers regarding approvals and completion times
Promote maintenance services and shop specials
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills
Interest in automotive repair or retail sales
Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending services
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings
Valid driver’s license
