Job Description:

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Extensive experience working as a Tech/Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environments. Experience implementing and configuring the HCM Helpdesk module. Experience supporting HR service management workflows and case management systems. Experience documenting business processes, functional specifications, and configuration guides. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and vendors. Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions with a focus on HCM Helpdesk. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure and optimize HCM Helpdesk workflows, service request handling, and case management processes. Provide hands-on technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Helpdesk systems. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and system issues related to HCM Helpdesk operations. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user documentation. Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions. Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Monitor platform updates and recommend improvements based on new Oracle Fusion capabilities. Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and quality standards. Should Have:

Oracle HCM Cloud certifications. Experience working with multinational organizations or cross-cultural teams. Familiarity with additional Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR or Talent Management. Experience working with Agile or similar project delivery methodologies. Skills:

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration and support. HCM Helpdesk workflow and case management. Business process analysis and documentation. System troubleshooting and incident resolution. Stakeholder communication and collaboration. nalytical thinking and problem-solving. Qualification and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant Oracle HCM certifications are a plus.
