Job Description
We are seeking a strong Oracle EPM Lead Consultant to support enterprise performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial consolidation and reporting along with experience leading EPM implementations and working closely with finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of solutions within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud. Implement and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service for financial consolidation and close processes. Support account reconciliation, profitability and costing processes. Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Provide guidance on data governance using Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration. Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and support testing and deployment. Required Skills
Strong experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud implementations. Hands-on expertise with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service. Experience with account reconciliation, profitability and costing modules. Strong leadership experience managing EPM projects and client stakeholders.
