Job Description Role: Content Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager who will own and optimize our marketing content ecosystem.

This role is about strategic asset management, lifecycle updates, and continuous content improvement. You will ensure our materials are accurate, compliant, aligned with industry standards, and easy for sales and partners to use. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure our content library supports firm‑level partnerships, advisor enablement, and ongoing growth.

What You’ll Own

Manage a large and complex content library (1,000+ assets)

Ensure content is accurate, compliant, aligned with current product positioning and consistent across variations

Proactively identify outdated, redundant, or underperforming materials

Continuously refine content, including sales decks, flyers, partner materials, and proposal content; use feedback from sales and partners to drive improvements

Identify gaps in the content ecosystem and propose structured solutions

Partner closely with channel managers to support partner‑facing initiatives

Bring discipline to prioritization and version control

Manage ongoing website content updates and ensure site reflects current positioning

Maintain consistency between web, sales, and partner materials

Experience with Bynder or similar asset management software preferred

What You Bring

Experience in the retirement industry with an understanding of 401(k) terminology

3-5 years of content marketing experience

Experience managing a content library or marketing asset system

Strong writing and editing skills

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Experience supporting B2B sales

Working knowledge of Google tools, ClickUp or similar task management software, and Canva
