32827 Job Description: Primary Job Responsibilities: Leads and develops nursing teams by cultivating a positive, inclusive culture where staff are empowered, professionally supported, and aligned with organizational values. Promotes strong frontline leadership, drives professional growth, fosters engagement, and builds high performing, accountable teams. Collaborates with leadership to ensure clinical quality and outcomes. Reviews labor management reports and ensures established goals are met. Develops and manages the annual budget in coordination with Finance, monitoring and adjusting to ensure effective use of resources. Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates marketing and program development initiatives in coordination with leadership staff and hospital administration Oversees the development and implementation of strategies to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Recommends staffing requirements based on volume, severity of illness, and care delivery standards. Oversees all aspects of Womens Services departments, including monitoring and ensuring service line quality. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Two (2) years of Nursing experience Five (5) years of leadership experience managing a clinical specialty in an acute care setting Physical Requirements:
