Loan Support Consultant Specialist - ABF Servicing

As a Loan Support Consultant Specialist within PNC's Asset-Backed Finance Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Kalamazoo, MI. Key Responsibilities: Service an ABF loan portfolio consisting of: participated loans, direct loans, syndicated loans, supply chain finance (SCF) loans, foreign exchange (FX)related loans. Perform day-to-day commercial loan servicing activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure compliance with loan agreements, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Support commercial loan operations including maintenance, servicing requests, and documentation review. Collaborate closely with internal partners including relationship managers, credit, legal, and operations teams. Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Apply critical thinking skills to identify, research, escalate, and resolve servicing issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ABF servicing function. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities effectively. Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work across teams. Experience in Commercial Operations or commercial loan servicing, with foundational knowledge of commercial lending processes. Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Experience using commercial loan systems such as: ACBS, Servicing Portal, Pinacle. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting Commercial Operations Servicing. Familiarity with participated and syndicated loan structures. Experience working in a regulated financial services environment. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
