The firm is seeking an individual to source, originate and underwrite debt and equity financing opportunities for commercial real estate properties/projects. This includes calling on new and existing debt and equity relationships as well as new and existing clients, networking on a consistent basis, and working with the firms analysts who will be producing investment packages. Successful candidates must have the following qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related discipline. At least five years in commercial real estate capital markets with proven book of business. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office. The ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating excellent self-motivational skills. A track record of proven sales success while exhibiting absolute integrity for the clients best interests. Strong valuation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of the successful candidate : Source and procure debt and equity financings by developing and maintaining a network of extensive capital and client relationships. Calling on both new and existing clients on a consistent basis to identify debt and equity opportunities and needs. Developing relationships with real estate professionals through prospecting and networking. Working as a part of the sales team to develop, implement, and maintain effective sales strategies and goals. Review and analyze legal and other necessary documents during due diligence process. G.S.
