Sales & Marketing Coordinator (30 hours per week)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to support our sales and marketing efforts while helping prospective residents and families navigate the transition to assisted living.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Heathwood’s core values of

Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, provide information, and schedule tours.

Conduct community tours and explain the benefits of living at Heathwood Assisted Living.

Follow up with leads, send information packets, and maintain accurate records in the marketing database.

Assist with the resident admission process in collaboration with the Case Manager.

Participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach, and local events.

Maintain organized records of prospective residents and required documentation.

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and marketing meetings as required.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Follow facility policies, safety standards, confidentiality guidelines, and professional dress code.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 yrs. age required; High School diploma or equivalent required.

Related sales experience preferred.

Valid New York Driver’s License and clean driving record required.

Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales process.

Ability to convert appropriate leads into admissions.

Ability to maintain a professional approach in all aspects of the position.

Strong organizational, time management skills necessary.

Ability to work closely with Case Manager.

Experience and Skills

Ability to work periodic evening and weekend hours.

Ability to verbally communicate well with residents, families, and staff members.

Ability to read and understand task assignments, ability to report verbally and provide written documentation as required.

Display of genuine concern for the elderly; a dependable, patient and compassionate attitude towards residents. Display a demeanor which is always respectful of residents’ rights and wishes.

Ability to cooperate and maintain respectful treatment with others. Display a sense of responsibility, maturity, diplomacy and ability to work well with residents, families, and other staff members.
