"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a

Digital Analyst II

to support digital analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across web, mobile, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. This role will manage digital tracking tools, analyze performance data, and develop interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI , along with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Architecture Maintain a structured framework for collecting and managing digital analytics data across websites, applications, social media, and marketing campaigns. Define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection to support business analysis. Configure and manage analytics tools such as

Google Analytics (GA4)

and

Google Tag Manager (GTM) . Implement and maintain tracking tags, campaign events, conversions, and custom metrics. Update filters, custom dimensions, and reporting parameters based on evolving business needs. Business Insights & Reviews

Analyze digital performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate analytical findings into clear insights using visualizations and storytelling. Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders during business review sessions. Promote data-driven decision-making across teams. Reporting & Dashboard Development

Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and convert them into actionable user stories. Develop and maintain

interactive dashboards and reports

using

Looker and Power BI . Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards for business users. Data Analysis

Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to support operational and strategic decisions. Use analytical techniques to identify patterns and actionable insights. Work with tools such as

SQL, Excel, Looker, and Power BI

for data extraction and analysis. Data Governance & Quality

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytics data. Perform regular data validation and quality checks on tracking systems and reports. Document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards. Maintain compliance with data governance and security requirements. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years

of experience in

digital/web analytics

(Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.). 3+ years

of experience querying data in relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, etc.). 3+ years

of experience in

data analysis

using tools such as

Excel, Python, or R . 2+ years

of experience developing

dashboards or reports

using tools such as

Looker or Power BI . 1+ year

of experience presenting insights and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Required Knowledge Understanding of

digital data collection methods

such as events, cookies, and tracking pixels. Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager . Basic understanding of

web technologies

including

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Knowledge of

data validation and quality assurance techniques . Required Skills Ability to translate

business questions into analytical solutions . Strong experience configuring

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager . Proficiency in

data manipulation and analysis

using

Excel, SQL, DAX, Python, or R . Experience building dashboards in

Looker and Power BI . Strong skills in

data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance . Excellent

problem-solving and critical thinking

abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Strong

documentation and communication skills , with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong

organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills .
