Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide information and guidance to clients on our services and properties Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues or concerns Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented and organized Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus Benefits
