Our client is seeking a
Fiserv DNA Solution Architect / Lead Consultant
to support ongoing banking technology initiatives. This role will serve as a technical and functional expert for the
Fiserv DNA core banking platform , leading architecture design, implementation strategy, and system optimization efforts for financial institution clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with
DNA configuration, integrations, and architecture , along with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This consultant will help guide solution design, troubleshoot complex system issues, and support large-scale implementation or enhancement projects. This is a
remote, long-term consulting opportunity
with a preference for candidates located in the
Eastern or Central time zones , with the ability to
travel to client locations when required .
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Fiserv DNA core banking platform. Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation strategies for DNA-based systems. Provide technical leadership for DNA configuration, customization, and integrations. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Support DNA implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives. Evaluate existing system architecture and recommend improvements to performance, security, and scalability. Design and guide integrations between DNA and third-party banking systems, APIs, and digital platforms. Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production issues. Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project planning sessions. Travel occasionally to client locations to support project milestones or workshops. Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience with the Fiserv DNA core banking platform. Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Technical Lead on DNA implementations. Strong understanding of core banking architecture and financial services technology ecosystems. Experience with DNA configuration, integrations, and customization. Strong experience working with financial institutions such as banks or credit unions. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution architecture. Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DNA implementation or large-scale platform upgrades. Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and digital banking platforms. Experience with data migration, system modernization, or core banking transformations. Previous consulting experience working with multiple financial institution clients. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
