Branch Associate
who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales operations, and being part of a fast-paced branch team. If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do
Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers and responding to phone and email inquiries Build strong customer relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling customer orders Maintain an organized, well-merchandised showroom Assist with troubleshooting product questions and resolving customer concerns Take on a variety of responsibilities to support overall branch success What We’re Looking For
✔ 1+ years of sales, customer service, or sales support experience (warehouse experience a plus) ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal ✔ Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude ✔ Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills ✔ Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally ✔ Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask ✔ Bilingual a plus Why You’ll Love Working With Us
