Our State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable Account Manager to help support our growing team and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
Review existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support the sales team with customer relationship management.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
Comfortable using computer systems and agency software.
Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Life and Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus.
