RAM Partners is driven by its mission to create value for clients, residents, and associates. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role located in Hollywood, FL. As a Leasing Agent, you will play an integral role in maintaining and increasing occupancy by interacting with prospective and current residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, assisting with lease agreements, processing applications, maintaining accurate resident records, and supporting the community's marketing efforts. You will also address resident inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to creating a welcoming living environment. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects and residents. Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Sales and customer service skills to effectively promote features and benefits of properties to prospective residents. Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lease documents and resident records efficiently. Proficiency with property management software or ability to quickly learn new systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management, real estate, or business is a plus. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented approach.
