Senior Payments Domain Business Analyst

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payments Domain Business Analyst for a client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the payments domain, proficient in Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks, and possess exceptional skills in documenting and analyzing business processes. This role requires expertise with tools like Jira and Confluence and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with project teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
Payment Domain Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience in the payments domain to provide valuable insights. Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks:
Work proficiently within Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery and team collaboration. User Story and Backlog Management:
Define and document clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain an up-to-date backlog, regularly reviewing and updating it to accurately reflect the product roadmap. Tool Proficiency:
Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective project management and documentation. Documentation and Analysis:
Document current and future state business process flow diagrams and narratives. Conduct gap analysis, create roadmaps, and define functional and nonfunctional requirements. Develop use cases, user stories, business rules, data dictionaries, and other necessary documentation to support system changes and design. Communication and Presentation:
Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Confidently present to various audiences, from project teams to executive leadership.
