Requirements: 8+ years of experience in related fields. Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex technical projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong understanding of data migration and technical integration processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Effective stakeholder management and leadership communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with retail or store platform conversions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
