Our New York office has an immediate need for a Senior ETF Product Specialist. This pivotal role blends deep product expertise with progressive sales leadership, driving alignment with the firm's vision of innovation, differentiation and exceptional client value.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive the strategic vision of the ETF program and lead the execution of long-term product development and research roadmaps to position the platform for expansion and innovation Leverage data from scorecards, sales activity, and performance metrics to recommend insights, shape strategic solutions, and identify new growth opportunities Monitor product health through dashboards and reporting, evaluating performance against established goals to ensure alignment and success Coordinate ETF promotion and cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration across Investment, Legal, Operations, Distribution, and Finance divisions Communicate timely and relevant product updates and insights across the organization Develop strategic ETF sales insights and integrated marketing plans, partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized distribution Create and implement national sales strategies to increase ETF assets under management (AUM) Cultivate relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and key stakeholders to promote ETF adoption and expand market presence Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the firm at industry conferences, advisor forums and key events that showcase our ETF offerings and reinforce our leadership in the marketplace Mitigate risk by ensuring all sales practices strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards, safeguarding the firm's integrity and client trust Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and required Experience and Skills

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of ETF or financial services product management experience; sales experience a plus Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses required Subject matter expertise in ETF construction, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills Ability to travel as national sales responsibilities expand Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical and data-driven problem solver Job Benefits As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $125,000 to $150,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
