Overview Mission Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Property Operations Manager to oversee the operational execution of ongoing projects and ensure full compliance in property management activities. This role acts as a critical liaison between project management, planning, technical teams, and line leadership. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at problem solving, and is committed to ensuring successful project outcomes and property accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operational Management

Oversee, coordinate, and manage daily operational aspects of small‑to large‑scale programs and projects

Serve as the primary connection between project management, internal teams, leadership, and clients

Review project progress, schedules, budget status, and overall program performance

Prepare project status reports and recommend actions that ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Develop and implement tools and processes for tracking performance, identifying risks, and driving timely interventions

Make operational decisions that directly influence project progress and outcomes

Understand the impact of decisions and proactively mitigate risks to avoid schedule delays or increased resource allocation

Provide daily oversight, guidance, and direction to exempt and/or non‑exempt employees as needed

May perform ongoing operational tasks supporting staff or professional groups

Property Management & Compliance

Administer government, company, and associate‑contractor property control programs in accordance with regulations and policy

Maintain accurate property records, track asset conditions, and ensure full accountability throughout the property lifecycle

Coordinate repairs, and oversee the disposal of surplus or obsolete property

Conduct audits and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations

Negotiate property transfers and support processes involving taxes, rentals, leasing, insurance, and facility usage

Develop and implement property administration policies while providing guidance on regulatory and compliance requirements

Minimum Qualifications

4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.

Proficiency with PCs and common business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, desktop tools)

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks

Top Secret clearance minimum to start

Physical Requirements

May be required to visit industrial job sites

Typically not required to lift more than 40 pounds above three feet from floor level
