The YouTube Shopping team is at the forefront of this shift: connecting viewers to products they’ll love through the creators that they trust. This role involves developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies for YouTube Shopping, focusing on user, merchant, and creator growth. It requires leading cross-functional projects, managing program execution, and driving operational excellence through OKRs and forecasting. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators. Analyze competitive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and build GTM plans across business models. Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning.Own program management and tracking for key programs. Define and shape GTM plans and lead experiments/trusted tester programs. Work with the regional GTM team and the product management team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects.
